John Parker

John Parker is Professor of English at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee where he teaches courses in Shakespeare and American literature. He also writes religious literature and provides services as an interim minister for Churches of Christ. John and his wife, Jill, have traveled extensively in Europe and England as faculty in Study Abroad programs. They live in Nashville and also enjoy their farm in middle Tennessee with their daughter, Sharon, their son, Robert, and his wife, Bria. John has earned degrees from University of Tennessee and Harding Graduate School of Religion in Memphis, Tennessee.
