    We've enjoyed using this timeline to draw history into our geography studies in My Story 2. It's an attractive timeline for younger kids, and shows what is occurring in multiple areas of the world without being overwhelmingly busy for kids, and when there are events we're discussing that aren't mentioned there is space to add them with page flags. It is fairly sturdy (my toddler has walked on it a few times without damaging it). The name "Big Book" is serious! It covers nearly the entire length of our living room when unfolded! My only quibble is that it does give a definite year for Creation and I believe that we don't have enough information to give exact dates rather than approximate for that time period.

    I absolutely love this book as a part of the Elementary World History. We printed the teachers guide and use it to add activities to our history lessons. This book would also be great as a stand alone with the guide as an informal way to approach to introduce Word history.

    I love this timeline book as a tool to show my children how different things overlap in history (something I really missed in my own education as a child.) The size is perfect - big enough to really read and the foldable pages make it user friendly. Highly recommend having this on hand!
    Need to consider revisions

    In the earlier periods, we needed to make some corrections.
    This timeline assumes the Masoretic chronology throughout. There is significant reason to believe that the Septuagint timeline from Genesis 5 and 11 are correct. It would be nice to have a resource like this using the Chronology dating back to approximately 5554 BC and placing the Exodus at 1446 BC. When you use that timeframe it lines up far more accurately with the rest of world history, and archaeology.

    We have had this book for many years, through many children, across their age spans. It is still worthy to get out to answer a question, compare concurrent events, and gain a visual understanding of how people and incidents coincided or unfolded.

    This book is exactly what I have been looking for. It includes biblical history right along with other events that were occurring at the same time. In my opinion it is a must have for any homeschool book collection.
