How to make friends!
Review byChristina
In the book, Bombus Finds a Friend, Bombus learns that finding a friend is not always easy. He met many insects that asked for help but did not appear friendly. When Bombus finally does offer to help a dragonfly, he realizes that being friendly and helpful are sometimes what is needed to make friends. Being friendly and helpful may also turn a frown into a smile. A beautifully written story. This book is wonderfully illustrated and would be a great jump start into a study on dragonflies.

An excellent fable about friendship for kids and adults alike
Review byTheresa
Bombus the Bumblebee is content—even without a friend. Then one day the wind blows him far from home where he meets some grumpy insects, who won’t help him get home. It’s not until Bombus learns to focus on others that he begins to make friends who are willing to help him in return.
After the story are fun follow up activities, discussion questions, facts about dragonflies, and Bible teachings on being a good friend.

Adorable Children's Book
Review byKathleen
Bombus fables illustrate biblical virtues. In this story, Bombus learned how to be a good friend. He learns to do good—hoping for nothing in return. This book also includes extra resources: Dragonfly facts, discussion questions, suggestions for creative activities and Bible correlations. This is a wonderful book to have in your children’s home library.

Bombus Finds a Friend
The continuing saga of Bombus the bumble bee……
In this engaging, delightful story our Bombus faces a trial and in that finds a friend. After the trouble in the first book of being teased and learning that he is created unique and special by God for a specific purpose, in this book Bombus is blessed with a friend. When he is blown away and lost Bombus finds a friend who helps him back home.
We loved this book and can’t find an issue with it at all. God certainly provides for his children and it often is in a trial or hardship that we see these most clearly.

The story is sweet about friendships. My child loved the book and asked for me to buy the paperback copy of it (we have only digital).
