    More than a homeschool Bible curriculum, Elementary Apologetics gives 4th – 6th grade students the knowledge they need to defend their faith against unbiblical worldviews. Using real questions asked by elementary students, this course teaches your student to find answers to their questions in the Bible.

    Lessons take approximately 30 to 45 minutes and are scheduled five days a week. Your family can enjoy using this course to study ways to defend their faith together.

    Teach your 4th – 6th grade students to defend their faith with answers from the Bible using Master Books’ Elementary Apologetics homeschool curriculum. This unique course is based on the amazing Answers Book for Kids series which offers biblical answers to over 100 of their most difficult questions!

    Your children will study issues regarding the Bible, God, sin, dinosaurs, the Flood of Noah, salvation, astronomy, and more. The entire course is built on actual questions asked by kids.

    The Bible verses quoted in the Answers Book for Kids series are from the New King James Version. Students are encouraged to write out their daily verses in the version they use each day.

    Course Objectives:

    Using the 8 books of including The Answers Book for Kids series and the Elementary Apologetics Teacher Guide, students will:

    • Investigate biblical truths concerning the creation account, Adam and Eve, and sin
    • Become familiar with God’s Word, what He desires of them, and how much He loves them
    • Identify insights regarding the account of Noah and the Ark, how he and his family cared for the animals, and how fossils formed
    • Learn how to defend their faith against a secular worldview in a fallen world
    • Study truths about the Tower of Babel, the Ice Age, and the purpose of stars
    • Write out text they can share with friends or family about what they have learned

    The Answers Book for Kids 1:

    The story of Creation and Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden are familiar Bible stories. They also present a wonderful opportunity to share important biblical truths with eagerly questioning minds through answers that even the youngest believer can understand.

    The Answers Book for Kids 2:

    Dinosaurs are fascinating creatures that kids simply adore, and even the youngest believer can recite the biblical story of Noah and his ark. Now discover how to answer some of kids' most interesting questions about dinosaurs and Noah's ark.

    The Answers Book for Kids 3:

    Even adults struggle to understand our Creator - the infinite Being who seeks a personal relationship with each of us. Now children can begin to understand both God's Holy Word and the importance of Him in their lives - what He expects from them, why it is vital to follow His plan for their lives, and the love He has for them.

    The Answers Book for Kids 4:

    At the heart of the Bible, we find the theme of sin, salvation through Christ, and guidance for living the kind of life that honors our Creator God. Since Adam and Eve chose to disobey in the Garden of Eden, questions about sin, salvation, and the Christian life have faced humanity. Turn the pages to find the answers.

    The Answers Book for Kids 5:

    When kids look up at the stars in the night sky, they will always have questions! This book will strengthen their faith with answers from God’s Word.

    The Answers Book for Kids 6:

    Kids may know the biblical account of the Tower of Babel, but there is more to this important event than just the confusion of languages. This book also provides questions and biblical answers about the Ice Age.

    This series is engaging and fun! The format of asking questions of the Bible is relevant because most of them are questions we have all asked before. My 10 & 12 year old are enjoying going through it. It's great for independent work and then they tell me about it later during the day. Glad we bought this!

    When I began looking for a Bible curriculum for this last year we already had one of the Answers books and knew they were solid resources. I wanted my kids to begin digging into the "why" we believe what we believe and to be able to stand secure when the world asks the tough questions (like why do bad things happen to good people). This has been a great fit. I have a middle schooler and two elementary schoolers doing these lessons together each week. Pro tip: Break the curriculum in half using only 4 books per year. It is plenty of lessons to last the entire year and your curriculum will last for 2 years instead of one!

    We have really enjoyed this curriculum. There has been so many "aha" moments we have shared together on things that even I didn't realize. It was perfect as a read aloud for my 4th and 6th grader to do together and then I would ask the questions to them at the end for comprehension. Would absolutely recommend!!

    I love how this set includes questions asked by other kids. It makes it more enjoyable and interesting for kids to see questions asked by kids their age and not just random questions in a book. I love all of the different topics. We love the books, but kinda gave up on the teacher guide and just discussed afterwards.

    If you want to engage your kiddos on biblical questions, things that kids think or ask everyday then you will love this! It makes my kids think about why they believe the Bible to be true and Jesus. We enjoy our lessons everytime. It makes this momma think too about things I've never thought about.

    We are currently knee deep in this box set curriculum with my 8 year old and 11 year old. The Teacher guide is fantastic! I also love the simplicity and depth of the topics covered so far. This is such a wonderful resource.

    I do these together with our daughter (10) and son (7) and love how simple yet interesting and helpful they are to explain things to them. This is one of my favorite times of our day, sitting down, reading these and going over the questions together, and watching their faces light up as they learn.

    The books in this pack are really amazing and I highly recommend them. I was not super impressed with the teacher’s guide. It’s a bit boring compared to other teacher guides from Masterbooks.
