I have learned a lot right alongside my children. One thing I really enjoy about this book is that it introduces many languages, most I have not heard of before. I great resource to keep on your bookshelf, even if your family does not do the course.

    Great Curriculum

I used this with my 4th and 6th graders. They really enjoyed the atlas material. My kids were really excited about having recipe options. We were able to prepare about half of them and everyone enjoyed them. Overall, I liked the reading and the reading check worksheets. I prefer curriculum that my kids can do on their own and this one was great for that!
    Great fit for us!

My 5 yr old is an advanced reader and loved this cirriculum! It seemed to be exactly where he was at for reading level. He didn't learn enough in my story1/2 , so we ended up using this along with it so he could still do some activities more on his writing level from my story. Eventually he got bored with the activities though, so we just switched to geography and cultures only. He is almost 6 now so his writing stamina has gotten better. He has been writing in his answers without a problem, but we'll do verbally only as well some days. He loves the recipe activities!
    So fun! With stickers!

Enjoyed going through this curriculum this year. Learned lots for fun new things, loved the little points of Christian missionaries tucked into each country as well.
    Wonderful curriculum

I used this for my 9 & 11 year old daughters. I was very impressed with the perfect amount of information for each country. Beautiful representation, wonderful food recipes & fun worksheets to go along. Definitely glad we purchased this!
    Loved the reading materials!

We did this curriculum alongside My Story 2. It was much needed! My girls loved the Atlas book the most. Beautiful pictures and such detail in the maps they could find places discussed in the MS2 country descriptions. Of course the passport book was awesome to add stickers to their books.
    A great stepping-stone to independence
    Review by Elisabeth
This is the first course my sons have done independently. They are really enjoying it, and they tell me many of the little facts they learn about each country. They must be engaged, because they remember so much of the information. I would not say it is a comprehensive course, but I don't think it was designed that way. There are cooking activities which are a lot of fun, too.
