So Much to Learn!
Review by Lexie
The first 45 days of the pre-med course are spent going through the History of Medicine book. The teacher's guide provides a general outline to follow along with that tells the student what pages to read in the text and then what pages to answer questions. My daughter found it fascinating to learn about how medicine was performed in early years, and thus she said she was very grateful that we live in this day and age where we've had these experiences in the past to pave the way to better medical practices. The student also learns about many of the medical pioneers throughout history that had Christ as their center and guide!
Highly Recommend!

I am so impressed with this book! The chapters are short and written in an easy language. Each chapter begins with symptoms (problems in the history of medicine), takes you through diagnosing the discoveries, and closes with the diagnoses (the solution or improvement to the study of medicine). It is such a fun way to study the history of medicine with an emphasis on a biblical perspective. I love that each chapter gives you a small bite which allows you to really understand and appreciate the subject matter. My 5th grader really enjoys history and science and found this to be really interesting!
Awesome

My daughter loved this book and it helped her understand why we do what we do now and what happened before we know how to keep people safe from germs. That’s how she explained it to me and I’ve not looked at it.
Good book

My daughter really enjoyed learning about medicine and how it changed over the years. It was so good to read about all the scientists who were Christians and how they studied what they did to show God the glory and help people
