The Inventors and Scientists audiobook is engaging and interesting to listen to whether you are following along in the book or just listening along. Fun and interesting!
Review byCrystal
We love the audio version of this book! The biography of each inventor and scientist is relatively short but filled with so many interesting details. The audio version makes it easy to turn on in the car and continue our studies on the go. The text is written in a conversational tone and is easy and enjoyable to read, and the narrator has a great voice. This is one that my kids ask to listen to, which makes me happy!

Excellent!
Review byBecky V.
We have the What a Character: Inventors & Scientists book, so when the audio format became available, I was so excited! My kids love listening to audiobooks, so I love to find quality ones for them to learn from.
The narrator is very easy to listen to and keeps my kids engaged with the audio. I also love that my new readers can follow along with the book format! I always download the MP3 format that comes with your purchase so that it is split up into chapters instead of the full audio file and this helps my kids to listen independently.

Great Resource!

Highly recommend the audiobook alongside the book. My kids were able to independently follow along the short chapters and ask questions as they 'read' the book. I love the building of independence that audio books allow!

Love the addition
Review byAshley
This book audio is a wonderful addition to a library. It gives you all the information in the book including the 13 chapters. That is 13 scientist and inventers that you can listen to and get information about if that is something that interest you or you kids. You can also listen to it on the go which is always a time savor to me.

Wonderful
Review byYulia
I have a digital version of this book and now tried the audiobook version, and it is great. I do not love the narrator's voice per se, but it is not too bad just my personal preference. I wish the narrator would be a bit more exciting for kids.
I do love the option of being able for me and my kids to listen to it while on the road or even during the time when my kids just want to listen to an audiobook at home.
Overall these series are absolutely wonderful and inspiring. Many thanks to the author and Master Books for providing these beautiful series to our kiddos.

What a Character: Inventors and Scientists Marilyn Boyer Audiobook
Review byLove2BeMom
My kids and I really loved listening to this one! It covered both well-known and lesser known scientists and inventors, and easily held our attention over their lives. We’ll be taking it along to listen to again on our next road trip!
The audiobook is narrated by Will Stauff. His voice is clear and the narration is easy to the understand. Each chapter narration is between 10 and 18 minutes long. The audio can be used without the physical copy of the book. It would, however, be a great option to let emergent or reluctant readers follow the text while listening to the audio.

Enjoyable Listening Experience
Review byLexie
My family greatly enjoyed this audiobook. We began listening to it during lunchtime, and so many of these stories we heard were so captivating. My children would ask for more and more as we sat listening together. The reader's voice was very pleasant and smooth to listen to. The stories were ones we had not heard before and enjoyed hearing how God was intertwined in their lives. This audiobook laid the foundation for future research projects with several of these inventors and scientists. Recently my son needed to pick a person from history to do a research report on. He struggled to find someone interesting. After we listened to this audiobook together, he said that so many of the people he heard about would be great subjects for his next report!
