    This workbook offers extra practice that helps my kids fully grasp and retain the concepts they are struggling to learn. It is a great companion for MLLE level 5.

    This workbook is meant to be extra practice for students who are working through Math Lessons for a Living Education level 5. It would also be a good way to help students review math over the summer or bridge gaps between levels. This book also contains 4 quizzes meant to be given quarterly. Solutions are provided in the back of the book. The pages are colorful and the exercises are fun and usually just one page. I like the flexibility of this book - we can pick and choose the areas where more practice is needed. Sometimes my child likes to do extra math just for fun.

    This extra practice book sure came in handy. It gives just the right amount of practice for the skills taught in each chapter...if he needed it. And when he didn't need it, it was nice to have the extra practice to come back to later to give him a chance to freshen up skills already learned. So useful. We are on to Level 6 next year but sorry to see no extra practice book for that level.

    We love these "practice makes perfect" math books. I've seen other parents suggest to use these for summer practice so that our kids don't forget what they've learned all school year. I've found that this works perfectly for us, too.
