Practice Makes Perfect: Level 5

I love this practice resource. It is a great confidence booster for the concepts my child struggles with and it’s great seeing the light bulb come on!

I love these practice makes perfect books, they are great for extra practice or review. We also use them as our “summer school” books! They are colorful and have fun activities so the kids don’t mind doing them over the summer!

I wish I knew about this sooner. Its a great addition to MLFLE. The lessons are short and gentle as well.

Practice Makes Perfect: Level 5 is the companion to Math Lessons for a Living Education: Level 5. This companion offers extra practice for the concepts taught in MLFLE 5 and is written in the same style as the core text. It is colorful and the amount of work included is not overwhelming. I look forward to using this with my daughter.

I downloaded the ebook about 1/4 of the way though the lvl 5 book. I have 3 students this year using this book so this has been so nice to print the weeks practice for them and assign it as homework to help the new fraction concepts stick!! I love that we can just use what we need from it! I’m so glad this product exists!

Purchased levels 1 and 4 and were so pleased, we're continuing with levels 2 and 4. This practice book is really hands on and brings the concepts to life. Great reinforcement of the lessons. My children love it.

My son was advanced in Math, so I had him do this workbook to have a little extra to do to ensure that he grasped the concepts in MLFLE5. I had tried another curriculum workbook to tide him over until this came out and he hated that one. This layout and the way the author sets it up is just a perfect way for children to be reinforced in their math skills but its not too easy so they are keept engaged.

The practice book is the perfect add on to help us where more work is needed with each lesson. I love this resource being available through Master Books.

I am a big fan of the Practice Makes Perfect Series! I think every home school mom/dad needs each grade level of this series. This workbook (especially as a digital resource) allows you to assign extra practice work for concepts that a child may be struggling with. I love the digital copies of these because then you can print a worksheet multiple times.

Practice Makes Perfect level 5 is just what we’ve been needing! My daughter has never been the kind that has needed extra work in math. She gets it and moves on and extra work is just tedious to her. Level 5 has been the first book that she started to struggle with concepts on. I had assumed the practice books would just be more of the same type problems. Since having the books though, I’ve realized how valuable this resource is! The work is fun and engaging and has helped to solidify concepts that have been a struggle. I love having the PDF version so we can print out as needed. Definitely a worth while purchase to go along with math or to use as a Summer bridge. I didn’t think it was possible to improve on MLFALE, but this certainly makes it even better program in my book!
