Great math
Review bymarilyn
First of all I love how few typos there are in this book!!
And it's super nice having some study days mixed in!
I also love how the answer key is in the same book as the work sheets.

Thorough, Real Life Math Curriculum
Review byKristy
My daughter used this book in 8th grade and I just ordered it for my son to use this fall. It's a great curriculum. Definitely purchase the text book and the video lessons, as well, for a thorough math experience.
I will say that my only issue with this curriculum is that the student book (the item I'm reviewing) is called the "teacher book," which is terribly confusing. This book is actually the student worksheets, quizzes, tests, and daily/weekly lesson schedule. The other book is more of a textbook (and should probably be called the teacher book).

Teachers guide? YES!
Review byAJ
I've seen many people ask if the teacher's guide is necessary, my answer is always Yes! As simple as that. most kids can listen to something all day, but until they actually do it they won't really get it. The teacher's guide is where the worksheets and quizzes are and (in my opinion) an essential part of the curriculum! This one is no different, we love the was its laid out and the biblical views to tie it all together!

Great pace
Review byJill
My son loves the pace of this book (and he isn’t a math lover). We’re working thru it at the accelerated pace to complete vol 1 and 2 in one year.

Good layout

I really liked how this was set up. There’s plenty of room to work out solutions to math problems. The schedule is easy to follow and the answer key is extremely helpful.

Great curriculum!
Review byAshley
Great math curriculum. Mine mostly watches the teaching videos instead of reading the book. That usually works well. He does sometimes have trouble and ask me for help. My new rule has been to always go back to the text book to check first. Then if he's still struggling, call on me. At that point, after reviewing the text, he usually has it down without needing me.

Time Saver
Review byJessica
I love this teacher guide! It takes all the planning exhaustion off my plate, as it's already planned out for me. The way its laid out is so wonderful. It isn't overwhelming and makes my life so much easier. Thank you so much Master Books!

Best Math
Review bySara
My son prefers to work independently without a lot of teaching from me. I love the convenience of the included schedule so I can keep track of what he is doing but for the most part, I just pull the worksheets and let him go!

Makes him think
Review bySara
My son is working in this (with other levels for gaps as needed) he started with saying how easy it is to now really needing to think. With how the problems are I can find what he doesn’t know and take him back to understand it.
