Fell in love with Astronomy
Review byKari
My daughter was hesitant in wanting to study Astronomy this year. It only took a few lessons and she fell head over heels in love with Astronomy. Thank you MasterBooks. This curriculum is gorgeous and so well done.

Not just for homeschool!!
Review byKristi
I bought this book in connection with a curriculum set, however - and this is huge - when my college daughter attended her first day of astronomy class, she came home needing to make a decision regarding whether or not to talk to her professor about her beliefs or just try to study for his tests. She ultimately decided to talk to him but knew she needed something way more compelling than "I don't agree with you." Enter: "Taking Back Astronomy." This was one of several resources she ended up studying to prepare for those conversations with her professor (See also "The Created Cosmos", "Our Created Moon," and the "Answers" set) and she felt so equipped. Highly recommend for all ages. An absolutely gorgeous book to look at is icing on the cake!!

Excellent read
Review byUTKMom
I homeschool our kids and have a background in engineering and teaching creation science. This is a good read for middle/high or even adults. The author writes very well and cites knowledge and sites with Biblical reference. The colors and flow are refreshing. I bought it on amazon not knowing it was a MB product, and when I saw the quality when it arrived, then the MB logo, I wasn't suprised! Lovely read, please remember folks, our kids are going to go out into the world and the world won't/doesn't accept that "the Bible says so" is adequate for having a debate. So much will boil down to creation, arm your kids with this knowledge so they can talk to peers or experts and actually sway minds!

Wonderful!
Review byNay
My 13 year old read this as an independent read. She did not think that she would enjoy the topic but found it to be very interesting in the end. She stated that it was an excellent read. She really liked reading about astronomy from a Biblical world view.

We love this book. It’s easy to carry with us, and the photos are gorgeous! It’s laid out well, and is easy to follow. My 9 yr old won a telescope this summer, and he’s very into astronomy right now; it’s an excellent resource for him.

Great companion for teaching Astronomy
Review byKal's Mom
We ordered the Astronomy bundle and this was part of it. This book is beautiful and I love it as much as my 13 year old. The scientific information, documentation, and explanation it uses to discuss Young Earth vs. Big Bang is top notch.

Family favorite
Review byChrista
This book is beautiful. It has gotten our children interested in astronomy. They now spend time finding constellations in the sky and draw them. It gets pulled out when friends are over frequently.

Great!
Review byJennifer
My husband has always liked astronomy but that has halted him a bit in believing a young earth. While I got this book for our son (and me) my husband got a lot of great info from it that helps him believe in young earth.
